    House Saladcast 1030 | Jonahlo
    Ritmo Terco / Rush City
    Bogota, Colombia
Live Mix At Kaputt Club Bogota Colombia
Jonahlo is a DJ and producer based in Bogotá, Colombia, and a key figure in the city’s underground electronic music scene. His sound is rooted in the raw textures of early house, Detroit electro, and deep techno—filtered through a distinctly Latin American lens.
A dedicated digger and selector, Jonahlo is known for dynamic sets that weave together vintage drum machines, dusty samples, and forward-thinking club cuts. As the founder of Ritmo Terco Records, he’s created a platform focused on groove-heavy dance music with a strong DIY ethos, supporting both local talent and international collaborations.
Together with Joint4nine, he forms Rush City—a studio and DJ project exploring soulful and machine-driven electronic territories. The duo has released on labels like Young Dumb and their own Ritmo Terco, carving out a hybrid sound that blends acid, broken rhythms, and classic house influences.

Drawing inspiration from the golden era of late-70s disco, soul and boogie, the producer and bassist delivers a set of irresistibly catchy originals, packed with infectious melodies, rich live instrumentation and his signature slap bass grooves.
Each track showcases a different vocal talent, bringing its own flavour to the EP. Title track *What You Gonna Say* pairs shimmering strings, rolling rhythms and a standout performance from Yvonne Park, while *No Matter* featuring Ebony G leans into soulful disco euphoria. *Be My (Only One)* sees Silla take centre stage on a feel-good groove built for repeat listens and packed dancefloors alike.
Closing the release, The Disco Express founder Bustin' Loose transforms *No Matter* into a pumping house workout, turning the soulful original into a peak-time weapon primed to ignite dancefloors worldwide. Blending vintage disco musicianship with modern production finesse, *What You Gonna Say* is a confident introduction to one of the scene's most exciting new names.
