Councils, iwi and developers will soon be able to start pitching the government for funding under the $3.8 billion Housing Acceleration Fund. Criteria released today is focused on building multiple, affordable new homes quickly. Director of the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust Carrie Mozena told Sarah Robson her trust plans to work with both the Nelson and Tasman councils and developers to access the funding.
