How does our imagination impact our ability to empathize?  Storytelling, art, film, music, and books all have the ability to shape our imaginations and can move us into greater levels of empathy for others.  Dr. Mary McCampbell recently wrote a book called "Imagining Our Neighbors as Ourselves: How Art Shapes Empathy".  In this conversation we discuss her book and how realistic and prophetic art can shape empathy for those around us.  We hope you enjoy our conversation.
