There is so much going on globally at the moment, and it is a really important time to allow our emotions to be present, rather than push them away and deny their existence. Our emotions are speaking to us, asking for our attention.
In this episode I discuss what happens when we ignore emotions, when we neglect ourselves, and I discuss the importance of showing up, doing the work, and allowing ourselves to come back to inner peace.
What other therapies are out there if traditional therapy does not seem to be working?
Although we don't discredit or discount the importance of traditional therapy, in this episode we discuss the power of community and alternative healing practices. We look at meditation, breath work, and healing the inner child.

On Today's episode, I reflect on applicable takeaways from attending a two hour talk with James Clear. James Clear wrote Atomic Habits - a #1 New York Times Best Seller on a proven way to build good habits, whilst breaking bad ones.
So what stuck? What can we think about every day, and choose, in order to build a better life in our daily habits? I discuss my thoughts after practicing these techniques for two weeks, and apply it to life examples.

Today we delve into the topic of forgiveness.
We are told to "forgive but don't forget" or "forgive and let go" - a little bit of a contradiction, no? I'll take you through a little story time and what forgiveness currently looks like for me - it's definitely a topic I am more interested in discussing and understanding.
