Mother is trying to do the right thing for her daughter, but her daughter simply won't cooperate. After attempts with several therapists, Mom feels frustrated and helpless. Neil helps Mom see that her daughter's refusal to cooperate with therapy, is like other behaviors where Mom is trying to get her daughter to do or stop doing a behavior, and the daughter resists.
