WTMJ host Jeff Sherman was joined in-studio by Imagine MKE Executive Director, Christine Hojnacki, Create Wisconsin Executive Director, Anne Katz and Vice President of Research, Americans for the Arts, Randy Cohen; they discussed the importance of supporting the arts for a city like Milwaukee and asked Randy how collaboration helps promote them.
-Jeff continued and asked Anne about the recent event held in Madison where Tony Evers and other leaders at the capitol talked about promoting the arts and the businesses that facilitate them. Jeff also asked about the wants and needs for urban communities versus rural ones.
-Jeff asked Christine about the arts in Milwaukee and how listeners could get involved.
-Jeff lastly asked all three about the why of the arts.
