muh....

Okay love story, but I prefer her mysteries. This is actually a series and is #2 one in. Audible does not have the rest at this time. I purchased this on sale and am glad I didn't pay full price.

Romantic Novel

not as interesting as the mysteries; too much lovey-dovey stuff suggestive of soft porm. Would say the same of Reilly's Return and The Trouble with J.

a.) Es ist völlig normal, sich bei Liebeskummer total bescheuert zu verhalten.

Und

b.) Es geht vorbei.

Kritik Bewertungen:

Liebeskummer ist nicht lustig. Dieses Hörbuch schon.

Members Reviews:

Not. One of her best

The story and the narration are weak. I expected a much better quality from this author. Not worth a credit

Critic Reviews:

Combining her usual superb sense of characterization with a realistically gritty plot, Quinn has created an exceptionally powerful book. (Booklist on Behind Closed Doors)

Members Reviews:

Unexpected twist

Would you listen to The First Wife again? Why?

I would listen to it again - because sometimes you miss key points when listening while working.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Brad - because he didnt give up or stop being a friend to the one woman he loved.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The realization that the main character realized that she had been abused and that she had buried her memories - but realized that there was more to her and life and that she needed to start living and feeling again and that it was okay to do so,

Not good at all

This story seems like it has so much potential and it never gets there! A whinny heroine and a guy that loves her. The story goes on & on and it could be done in 2 hrs!

Don't buy!
