This week Kim tells us how she turned a video in her basement into the hit Lifetime TV series, Kim of Queens. If you’ve ever wondered how to get on TV, then this episode is for you.

Kim dives deep into the process and takes us from her first casting tape and googling producers, to Hollywood photo shoots and fighting to get her message of positivity and authenticity onto the screen.

Some of the other things that come up along the way are imposter syndrome, how to make a difference, navigating tough negotiations, and the need to put yourself out there in the most authetic way possible.
