In 2014 I started my healthy food journey and developed an unhealthy relationship with food after trying to cure hormonal acne and become a health nut. I re-committed my life to the Lord and began learning about how my faith is connected to my food relationship.
In this episode, I share with you my own personal journey towards healing that unhealthy food relationship, intuitive eating, and a balanced and Biblical approach to diet and food.
As a Christian, I believe that we can do nothing apart from Christ. Once I realized that my relationship with food began to change.
