Bruce Robertson is a senior leader of teaching and learning in the Scottish Borders. Bruce has taught Chemistry in schools since 2003. He has 7 years experience as a deputy headteacher in two schools. His leadership of teaching and learning improvement in Eyemouth High School led to the school being awarded the General Teaching Council for Scotland ’Excellence in Professional Learning Award’ in June 2019. Bruce is in high demand as a consultant and conference presenter and is the author of the brilliant ‘The Teaching Delusion:why teaching in our schools isn't good enough (and how we can make it better)’.
