Whether it's asking someone to prom or running for student council, I know that sometimes we need to make decisions about doing something that feels scary or overwhelming to do. What if I regret doing it? What if it doesn't turn out and no one votes for me? Or my date says no? It's easy to let anxiety of all the 'bad things' that could happen take over so our mind spins over the decision for way too long that we end up missing the chance to do the thing at all.
