Lately I’ve been experiencing episodes of Imposter Syndrome.
If you’re not familiar with Imposter Syndrome it’s a collection of feelings of self doubt and thoughts of inadequacy in spite of any accomplishments you’ve already made.
So as part of my own personal development and wellbeing journey I’ve been diving into developing a better understanding of Imposter Syndrome and learning about how to overcome it.
What I found out during this research is that up to 70% of people will experience episodes of Imposter Syndrome at some point in their lives!!!
