Some of my top tips for taking your plant learning journey to the next level are:

Don't try to memorize, learn by osmosis, immersion, and hands-on experience

Look for teachers you find inspiring and easy to listen to

Do the practice of the herb of the week, of the month, and of the season to get really intimate with an herb

Go outside and learn to identify the wild plants around you, even if you live in the city. I use an App called Plant Net

Create commitment to your weekly herbal study practice

Make herbal preparations, like tinctures, tea blends, and infused oils

Share what you've learned and give herbal advice to others! Don't wait until you're "ready"! Even if you know only one herb and three ways to use it, you know more than most people!
