In this episode, I break down endurance as the strength to stay grounded while life applies pressure. Endurance is not intensity. Endurance is long-term stability. It is the ability to stay the course without slipping back into old patterns. I teach how endurance, resilience, and capacity work together. Resilience is the ability to get back up. Endurance is the ability to stay in it. Capacity is the internal space that determines how much you can hold without breaking. When these three grow together, you move out of survival and into real internal strength. I also expose how emotional junk food weakens all three. The quick hits that comfort you short term but shrink your ability to hold real pressure long term.
