You’ll just need to grab a piece of A4 paper and write four columns on it and start to think about your objectives, your channels, the funnel, the pipeline, how people come into your world and think about the strategies. Then you can start to work on just one column at a time and start to look at the different ways that you can implement and optimize as you go along.
