Happy new year and welcome to the first episode of the High Performance Coach Podcast of 2024.

In this episode, I wanted to talk to you about my concept of the pink fluffy handcuffs... bare with me. I feel as coaches we can often get caught up on what we're doing, what we're not doing, how can you be more productive and ultimately feeling this constant pressure to be working hard and constantly achieving, without giving ourselves the time and space to enjoy what we got into this for. 

So, here are some of my thoughts on how we can really make the most of this incredible opportunity that we have and how you can live your life on your terms.
