Dick has an impressive resume having served as a President of a number of consumer products companies for over 40 years, most recently as the President of PlusMark, a subsidiary of American Greetings. But, what's more impressive is all that he has been able to accomplish since retiring in 2001. 

In the episode, Dick shares life stories that have greatly impacted who he is and led him to create significance in his second half. Dick served as a Master Coach with the Halftime Institute and continues to advise entrepreneurs through FUEL for Good, LLC. He shares some of the advice he gives when coaching mid to late career professionals on how to create meaning in retirement.
