Pleasurelit® is a tantric somatic embodiment approach that supports high-functioning women to expand their capacity for pleasure, so they can live, lead, and relate from within their body — without paying for it with burnout, disconnection, or self-betrayal.

My work is grounded in trauma-informed somatics, nervous system regulation, breath, movement, tantra, sexuality, holistic health, and embodied leadership, so pleasure becomes lit from within the body and not something reserved for rest, intimacy, or escape.
