Rob would recommend starting at around $10 per month and then creating ‘tiers’ to charge higher for more perks/closer access to you.
• 90% of people won’t give you any money at all, there are a million reasons why. But, as soon as someone has bought with you they become highly engaged and help form and create an incredible community with you at the centre.
• Make it easy to join your programme. Remove as many friction point as you can, this is one of the most important things to focus on when building a subscription service.
