Mr. Brewer has written a concise, informative and inspirational book on the habit's one can adopt to build a more successful life whatever your endeavors may be. He provides great examples of real world successful people and how they used each habit in detailed in the book to help them achieve their objectives. This is a great book for motivation and life inspiration seekers who may be short on time but long on ambition.
An excellent guide to rebooting your life and finding a path to success
I knew this would be an inspirational read after absorbing several of the powerful quotations in the book....and this is very much an excellent guide to rebooting your life in a very positive way. This book should not be confused with Steven Coveys book of highly effective habits (the best-seller from the 80/90s) - but this new publication demands as big a readership as it efficiently targets what is stopping us become more efficient and productive, and ultimately happier people.
Makes Changing Habits Manageable!
Nothing in this book is mind blowing if you have read any other habit/self help/success attracting book, but the message is delivered very concisely while at the same time using examples from famous people that every reader can recognize.
The book is broken up into chapters based off topics with each chapter opening with a related quote and ending with "Action Points" which are brief summaries of things you can do right now to apply the lesson of the chapter. This style made the book very easy to read while making the overall concept of changing some of our bad habits less overwhelming.

Motivational book that shows you were to start
I received a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Each chapter goes over one of the seven habits. The author not only explains how to implement these habits but also give examples of famous individuals who embodied that specific habit.
Then the book takes it one step further and at the end of each chapter gives you action steps that you can take to start following thru with these habits. For example drawing up smaller goals that will slowly bring you to your ultimate goal.
