On the other hand, relentless effort without rest can drain motivation and focus. Balance is key—recovery isn’t weakness; it’s the fuel that drives sustained progress. Breaking through a plateau requires a shift in mindset. It’s often internal fears or self-doubt, not lack of ability, that hold us back. Developing self-awareness through journaling and reframing limiting beliefs can help.
