Eruptions? Vomit? Pretending? How do we really feel our emotions and process them in healthy ways so they don't accumulate in our bodies and make us sick over time, or explode all over other people?

We're exploring the six main emotions, how to spot them in our bodies, and how to process them well through a Catholic lens so they don't wear us down over time.
