In this episode, I break down why you quit right before the payoff, and the "cheat code" I use so I never miss more than once.

HOMEWORK: Pick ONE thing you keep starting and stopping (posting, emails, sales calls, training, journaling, DMs).
Write down: Your maximum version (perfect Tuesday) Your minimum version (the smallest version that still counts when life is chaos)
Then live by the rule: minimum effective dose + never miss twice.
