A lot of students ask me this question and I want to give you my thoughts. They may be different than you expect. As a language learner myself (I'm learning Spanish)  and a teacher I can see both signs of the coin.

Here I give you my opinion, some tips about how to create goals in English and some of my experiences learning langauges and how that might be able to help you. I always really want to share positive, motivational but also realistic messages about learning languages.
