Some would consider Howard Hughes a Godfather of sorts for American aviation.  Howard was a complex human being to say the very least. The man was a Movie Producer/Director, an Aircraft Designer, Test Pilot, Airline Owner, Record Setting Pilot, The Wealthiest Man in the World, Casino Owner, Congressional Asskicker, and more.
