Had a great conversation with Mr. Rodrick Lopez. The founder and owner of Roloathetics a Crossfit box (gym), and the formulator of a supplement called Creolyte. A supplement that combines creatine monohydrate and electrolytes.

Some of what we talk about in this episode...

How he got into Crossfit?

His experience with preworkouts. Using them to help get through the grind of college. Also, why he didn't create a preworkout? He instead developed Creolyte, which doesn't have any stimulants.

Did Rodrick conduct any market research before formulating and releasing Creolyte. He also goes into the scientific research he did before developing the supplement.

How did/does he market and promote the product? What Rodrick would have done differently to promote the product if he could go back to when he was preparing the product for release.

What are his plans for the future of Creolyte?

I asked Rodrick to come on the show because I want to support other supplement companies that are doing great work.

This is the audio from an Instagram live video from April 10th, 2021.

The 'meat' of the episode is discussing how people can do extensive research when looking for a car, negotiating the sale/purchase of a home, checking reviews for electronic appliances, etc, but very little thought, planning, research is done with the food that we eat.

Put at least as much thought in the food you eat as the clothes you wear. There should be much more preparation than that but it's a start.

Afterwards, I talk some about changes to the website made back in April. It's since changed at least a couple of times.

Note: I mention at least a couple of times during this episode that 'I'm going' to record an episode on the topic. After listening to what I covered, I didn't think it was necessary to do so. Hence, using the audio from the April live video.
