Bob Urbain (Urban) owns Murray Bait and Tackle and has the latest on new technology in fishing, rechargeable devices and a bit of etiquette on how to keep from dumping cold water on boat ramps.  It can turn to ice and the next fisherman or duck hunter may slide in.
