In this episode of HR, We Have A Problem, host Kim Seals breaks down the network’s bungled attempts to mitigate the leaked audio of reporter, Rachel Nichols, who is White, complaining she was replaced by Black colleague, Maria Taylor, as a "diversity play.”

Joining her in the huddle is Ball Corp's Vice President of Diversity & Inclusion and former college athlete, Charles "CJ" Johnson, along with co-host, Pam Jeffords.

Johnson calls out obsolete “70’s style” corporate rules, that ignore historical and societal context, often leaving employees with an impossible choice: Violate current procedures in order to expose workplace discrimination and injustice?  Or risk HR sweeping it under the rug?
