Easy to read, broad with images

Earning your worth.
You are worthy of respect, confidence, self-love but if you don't take action your mind won't believe you, your mind needs prove/evidence to believe that it is true, and in today's episode we talked about the importance of earning your worth, through actions, and consistent discipline.
Learning how to grow as an individual, but also grow as friend, and inspire others. Not letting your mind nor your past stop you from knowing what you are capable of.
Damian Ortiz and his friends wake up early (@4) and motivate each other daily. Demian seems to have the desire to grow mentally and prove to himself that no matter how busy the journey get, he will show up "for his people"

In life we all need a plus, a minus, and an equal. Whether you are playing a sport, or you're trying to be a more peaceful person, it's important to have someone better than you that helps you grow, that makes you feel dumb and therefore causes you to take action, to improve your life.
You also need to have someone equal, someone who is like you because they are a reflection of who you are, they are a reflection of your character, of your values.
And finally it's important to have someone who you can help, where you can be of servitude. The power of servitude is necessary in your life, because it teaches you how to be humble, it changes your perspective. You are no longer doing it for you, you are doing it for them, to grow together, you could help someone, while also helping yourself.
Love all, and I'm sending you the biggest warmest hug.
