Let me introduce Andy Welch.  He grew up in Sandy, Utah and is one of eight kids.  He is unique in the fact that he is a quadruplet, it is him and 3 sisters born at the same time.  He is still very close with his siblings, and they get together several times a month.  

Andy currently works for a local land development company overseeing their horizontal developments and managing projects and people.  Over the last couple of years, he has built custom houses on the side and has also done several house renovations.  He has an incredible eye for seeing the potential of any project.  He finds gratification in construction and being able to see your hard work come to reality.   

His free time is usually spent on adventures with his family.  He is a thrill seeker and a bit of an adrenaline junkie.  He has been known to do gainers off 75-foot cliffs, paddle board with grizzle bears, pull off all the tricks on a wake board (like a 20-year-old), race motorcycles, running, mountain and road biking.  He loves to travel and take his sprinter van to see all the beauty the world has to offer.  

Andy is like the energizer bunny, he just goes..goes...and goes.  He loves getting to know people and has a genuine talent for recognizing the value that every person has.  You typically can't take him anywhere without him knowing someone and going out of his way to say hi to them.  He has a been known to become "best friends" with most people over one conversation. He spends his time serving others, when he sees a need-he fills it, he hates wasting time and hates texting.
