At first the long journey to your frozen trauma is the destination .. but then you realize ( no matter the weight of the trauma) that it’s just a stop along the way ... there’s another “you” that existed beyond the injury - another stop on the road

Ya think? .. if you’re traumatized the event lies in a vault far away from YOU .. you are the armor & the landfill a million miles away from the “event” - you’re neither the armor nor the trauma - go get your machete to cut through the dark

Ok .. it’s not all a shit show.. the path of healing is smothered in pain ., but also learning .. yep.. lessons .. once you’ve cleared out the muck .. you’ll learn a thing or two about the universe & the people that hurt you .. who knew?

You won’t know .. you’ll just suffer & won’t see the origin.. you’re in the forest ..in the dark .. running from the pain .. but the pain needs you . It needs you to find it .. illuminate it & release it.. your heart is broken there .. go find it

intellectual knowledge will not heal you..it didn’t happen in the head it happened in the heart.. that’s your destination ..you need to cut down the emotional jungle ..dethread .. shed .. stumble through your shadow & unlock the fear that has frozen your heart

It’s not just “one” event in trauma .. it’s a whole epic saga.. littered with layers ..each layer needs to be dissolved .. some more difficult than others .. but each layer means less fear .. you want ALL fear gone so you can finally BE all of YOU
