What we lack is safety in trauma .. we need to rediscover it ..

You need to get THERE .. to where the trauma lives / in your past .. it’s that kingdom where you live frozen that you need to rescue your soul.. the odyssey is long & treacherous but everything is on the table for your freedom

For each dissolving that gets you closer to the trauma you will be tested to leave .. it’s like a chamber of walls that you’ve built until you reach the final demon .. that somersault will require extra attention

Go ahead .. tell the universe your schedule .. how you would like her to “handle” your trauma .. she doesn’t care .. about your ego or your schedule .. everything happens on HER terms
