It’s tough.. it’s a pain.. it’s a huge roaring monster .. but if it owns your soul your fear fuels it..the fight is the return of your soul from the clutches of evil.. trauma can only happen if you continue asleep - demand to be woken up & slay the hijacker

If it engulfs you it’s because it’s packed with the energy of your fear- it’s become a sumo wrestler in the dark.. you’ve fed it Twinkie’s & Big Macs to keep it hidden - starve it - face it - even in pure terror ... face it ..& dissolve it all.. it happened & then it didn’t

If you’re traumatized you have a battalion . A league of defense mechanisms - They’ll defend the fort & also bury you - all of it needs to be torn down if you want healing .,

It’s ALL life .. heavy light black pink.. don’t get stuck in “heavy” & if you are get out .. you can .. it’s a dance .. don’t sit in the side lines & groan .. you can fix it even if you have no idea how to.. just keep probing .. even in the greatest ignorance s your intention to heal will be answered
