There are many stops on the way back home from trauma .... the softening of your armor.. the return to your heart .. to feeling love is not easy.. in trauma you have been geared up for an endless fight .. for a relentless threat .. in trauma there is no space for love .. & then you get to that one watering hole .. & you know your close to the end...

Yes .. you’re human.. if you hit the floor you’ll bruise .. there’s no getting out of “this” but you’re also much more .. you’re a container for a zillion years of info.. you’re trauma is coded in or not . From this lifetime or another .. if you’re healing trauma .. you need access to information .. the aya opens the door

Everybody wants you to create “their shape” - their version .. believe none of it.. divinity offered you the challenge .. it’s your trauma .. your pilgrimage .. your privilege.. only YOU get to walk it on YOUR terms - you are IT ... dont get tangled up in someone else’s shadow

Don’t fool yourself.. the next promotion, the cute boyfriend .. won’t quell your yearning.. only one thing resolved trauma .. LOVE.. as an ally it will create the cushion, the protection, the light into the darkness.. the aya will shower you in love to guide you home
