Eric was at the helm of the WCW when the WWE was thought to be unstoppable in 90s. He didn't accept that, and went head to head with them; crushing them in the ratings for 83 straight weeks!

We discussed a bunch of different aspects of the pro wrestling world, the emergence of AEW in 2019 and their appeal to a demographic that's been forgotten about in recent years. We discussed his approach to promotion, tips to make any wrestler or artist stand out from the crowd and how to move towards one's goals.

It was a fascinating chat with a man who has accomplished more in one lifetime than I could in 40.
