Hi everyone! I’ve written and recorded this special hypnosis audio to help motivate and encourage you with any New Year resolutions / changes you may be wishing to make for the year ahead.
Many of us can often feel excited to start afresh – particularly as we enter a new year – and go into this period with all the will in the world to maintain a new routine or change in our lives. But often willpower just isn’t enough and many find themselves losing patience and either giving up completely or letting these life-changes slowly fade as time goes on. This can have a bigger effect on our mental health than we realise, as it can make us feel deflated and hopeless, thinking we’re not strong or determined enough to achieve – which just IS NOT the case.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool enabling us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains. So please sit back and enjoy this recording - and in turn, you’ll be able to embrace the new year and take on your resolutions with determination, self-belief and excitement.
This video can be used at any time of the day when you are in a safe, comfortable environment or alternatively used as a sleep aid hypnosis – all of the suggestions should still enter your subconscious mind should you fall to sleep during the audio.
