Hi everyone! I’ve written and recorded this hypnosis script to help alleviate nerves and other negative reactions attached to the lead-up to a public speaking event i.e. ceremonies, parties etc – or on-going public speaking events i.e. work presentations or even social media live presence.
We live in a very different world these days where the days of classic in-person “boardroom” or “conference” presentations may be fewer – and online / digital events are becoming the “norm” – but that doesn’t mean that any of the deep emotions, feelings and subsequent physical reactions have changed in any way. In the lead-up to public speaking situations, many struggle with anxiety, stress, lack of sleep and feelings of overwhelm. As the moment arrives, this can turn into more intense reactions, such as sweating, heart palpitations, shaky hands, change of voice tone, stomach butterflies – and so many more…
This audio has been created to help alleviate these feelings – both within the days beforehand and on the day of a specific speaking event. Equally – for those of you that have to undertake public speeches more often and struggle with these reactions on a regular basis, it would be hugely beneficial to take the time to listen to this recording 2-3 times a week across a 4-6 week period, and then take some time to reflect on how differently you feel.
Hypnotherapy is a incredible tool that enables us to speak to the subconscious part of the mind – the part that is in control of our emotions and habits, therefore enabling a much higher success rate than just desperately relying on willpower in the everyday conscious part of our brains.
