  • AIR - FIRE - ATMOSPHERES & The Power Given Us

We Want To Hear From YOU!

Some of you, right now, under the sound of my voice, are uncomfortable in certain atmospheres in your life. Then others are being unrighteously influenced by ungodly atmospheres.

The power that God has bestowed upon you can shift atmospheres. His breath in you…. is life. His breath in you is the wind you need to push you into, out of, and through different atmospheres.

  • Did Jesus Have A Tattoo?

We Want To Hear From YOU!

The response to the question, "Did Jesus have a tattoo?" is unequivocally "no." While I could leave it at that, it's essential to delve deeper into why we can confidently assert that Jesus did not bear a tattoo. False perspectives tend to magnify other falsehoods, creating a stack of untruths that compromise the truth and lead to a slippery slope of darkness.

Let's be clear: Jesus frequently confronted and disregarded religious traditions that did not align with God's ways or contribute to the salvation of one's soul. However, we can confidently assert that Jesus did not have a tattoo for three key reasons.

  • Lesson From Eden: POWER & AUTHORITY

We Want To Hear From YOU!

Welcome to the inaugural lesson of our series "Lessons From Eden." Over the course of this series, we will delve into topics such as gratitude, faith, obedience, godly relationships, god-centered households, our free will, and God's favor. We kick off the series by examining God's power and authority to prayerfully assist in establishing or renewing the spirit of gratitude and magnifying godly obedience.

God’s power and authority are two crucial elements that we often underestimate, overlook, neglect, or disregard when discussing or contemplating the vastness of God's nature. We often confine God within the narrow boundaries of human comprehension, limiting His vastness according to our own understanding.

As our minds struggle to comprehend the full spectrum of God's power and authority, we tend to miss out on the invaluable opportunity to establish an intimate and close relationship with Him, which can be detrimental to our lives and our god-ordained purpose.

God is undeniably our refuge. He is our safe place, our shelter from the storms of life, danger, and deception. Psalm 91:4 tells us He will cover you with his pinions; under his wings, you will find refuge; his faithfulness is a shield and buckler.

  • After The Morning After

We Want To Hear From YOU!

It is easy for us to impress one another with our rituals and words, but impressing God is not so easy, for He knows our hearts and sees into the depth of our souls. He knows if we have truly embraced the Holy Spirit.  And we need to understand that God is more concerned with "after the morning after" than what we do when everyone else is watching.  After the hymns stop, after we lead a bible study, and after we're speaking in tongues,  how devoted are we to being in a genuine relationship with God and the building of His Kingdom?

  • Offenses Are Obstacles

We Want To Hear From YOU!

We live amongst of culture of people who have become wiser but weaker

    • We are more educated
    • More tech savvy
    • Even slicker in our wrong doing

But we are far weaker than our fore-parents. We are weaker physically, spiritually and emotionally. And because we have become a world full of people who are spiritually and emotionally weak, everything that requires discipline, patience or a sacrifice we deem intolerable.

Timothy 3: 1-7, that reads “ in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof; from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lusts, ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.”

Because we are spiritually and emotionally weak we walk around with our feelings, our self-esteem and our pride on our shoulders which inturn makes us “prey” for Satan because we are so easily offended by every and anything, we walk around with one offense after another.

Constructive criticism is not longer permissible, we’re even raising our children to bow to offenses as we have them playing sports, where no score is kept because you don’t want any child to be offended, instead of teaching them how to deal with the up and downs of life.

We want to be told what we want to hear and whether it’s true or not is irrelevant.

(MOST WOULD RATHER KEEP BEING FOOLED THAN TO EMBRACE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN FOOLED)

You dare not say something is inappropriate at a certain, or in a certain place or that someone's attire is not befitting the setting. The immediate response is If I want to wear…..

What we fail to realize is when we shutdown our ability embrace constructive criticism, or to be corrected, we dull our weapons and tools.I am talking about our weapons against the agenda of Satan

When we can’t embrace constructive criticism, correction and the truth we are not liking studiers or doers of the word of God which is the ultimate weapon against the things of Satan.

Shutting down correction and constructive criticism also makes our tools and talents dull, turning what could be  an extraordinary asset into just another mediocre tool that we have allowed to be devalued and unprofitable.

Just imagine going to the hospital and needing surgery, but the nurse feels the need to disclose to you that the doctor who is going to do your surgery is licensed, but while he was in school his professor never corrected him, they just let him learn from any mistakes on his own.  How many of you would be ok with that doctor operating on you.

Why because correction is necessary in order to excel, in order to accomplish goals, in order to be at your best.  The Bible tells us that iron sharpens iron. Meaning to be strong we need to be around others who are strong, who are challenging, solid and challenging, those not easily offended, those able to stand when things get tough, when things don’t go their way, when things are not as easy as anticipated.

  • Resurrection Eve: Let The Celebration Begin

We Want To Hear From YOU!

Yesterday, I told you that three things happened because of the majesty of Jesus’ divine power, which should be exalted and discussed more than usual.   On yesterday I told you about the tearing of the veil, which granted us access to enter into the presence of God.

This morning, I want to tell you about the two other things that happened because of Jesus’ divine power.  In Matthew 27, beginning at verse 51, the scripture reads, “51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split 52, and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and[e] went into the holy city and appeared to many people.”

This morning, I want to talk about how the earth shook and the tombs that broke open.  The earth shook so that rocks split. The fact that the Creator of the earth has died is enough to convulse the physical universe. A star in the sky heralded his birth; a shaking of the earth heralded his death. The world itself shakes as the body and spirit of its Maker are separated from each other.

  • Good Friday Was, Is And Will Always Be Good

We Want To Hear From YOU!

Some don’t understand how we can refer to the day they crucified Jesus as “Good Friday.”  First and foremost, it is evidence of God’s words, which tells us that all things work together for the God of them who love the Lord.

This morning, I want to expound on the good associated with Jesus's sacrifice on the cross.  We have heard the story; we know how they ridiculed, beat, and even spat on Jesus.  And We know the torture they put his physical body through.

But because of the majesty of Jesus’ divine power, three things happened that should be exalted and discussed more than usual. Today, I am going to talk about 1; stay tuned tomorrow, when I will tell you about the other two things that occurred for our benefit.  nIn Matthew 27, beginning at the 50th verse, the scripture tells us when Jesus let out that final loud cry, that the veil of the temple was torn.
