In this episode, Frankie’s producer Rachel Giordano joins her to discuss trusting your intuition and your gut. Rachel asks how you know the difference between intuition and the other voice (or voices) in your head that are familiar and sometimes make us feel bad. Frankie explains she knew when she was young that she was sensitive and was awake to her intuition, to what her gut is telling her. She goes on to explain when you are having a moment you should slow down, breathe and be in the moment to talk out the feeling. Why am I worried? Why am I angry? Why am I doubting? The biggest issue is that people don’t trust the answer from intuition, they don’t trust their gut instinct. Rachel admits when she doesn’t listen to her intuition or gut instinct, she physically gets sick in her gut. Frankie explains science has found most illnesses start in the gut so the brain-gut balance is critical to understand. It may start in the gut but then it spreads to other parts of the body. Frankie says the answer is simple, just have a conversation with that information your brain is telling you. We need to stop shutting down our intuition by blaming other people, be comfortable in the uncomfortableness and ask ourselves the questions. How do I feel? Why am I feeling this way? What is my role in this situation? Once you start to take a time out to hear the answers, it will become easier and easier to tap into your intuition and follow your gut instinct.

  • EPISODE 17: THE WAY WE DO ANYTHING IS THE WAY WE DO EVERYTHING
To book Services with Frankie such as Life Coaching, an Intuitive Session, or FNMAT go to her website iamperfectlyfrank.com
This episode is an excerpt from the recording session for the audio book version of "The Man, He's Stupid, And The Girl, She's So Bitch: Relationship Wisdom From My Chaldean Mother." Frankie, Cheri and Rachel were reading this excerpt of the book:
Frankie: “Move on? But, Frank, what about this man. I like him.” Okay, but maybe he’s not worth the time it’s taking you to try to screw yourself into some way to be ok with all the shit he does that isn’t working for you.
Cheri: How about, he may not be worth my time.
Frankie: Not worth my time. And you can say to him, “Hey, Man is that really what you want? Is this how you really want to do things? And if that's truly what you want, I'm okay with that, just not with me.”
Cheri: Yeah. As women we have these fallacies, these fantasies of, “Oh, he just needs someone in his life to love him enough and then he will change.”
Frankie: No. Behavior is behavior. It's not you, it's not your character. It's a behavior. It's like doing math. I do math with my left hand, or I do it with my right hand. It’s a behavior. How we do one thing is how we will do everything. If he’s not considerate of you when it comes to time, he’s not considerate of anyone when it comes to time. It’s just how people are. Realizing it has nothing to do with you is so important.
Frankie interrupts to change a comment in the book to "If he’s not considerate of you when it comes to time, he’s not considerate of anyone when it comes to time."
"The way we do anything is the way we do everything."
"If he's late for you I promise you he's late for everybody."
Frankie says she is always on time but she has friends that are not on time and she realizes it has nothing to do with HER, it has to do with them. They are not going to change. Frankie can change knowing they are always late and make their appointment later. Rachel explains she likes being early to sit with herself and think about the next segment of her day ie: "segment intending" because she used to feel like a hamster on a wheel, a long run-on sentence with no periods. Cheri prefers to use that time at home as a ritual to get herself ready. She hates to be late and generally builds in time for the unexpected. Rachel maps out the parking lot where she is going to, she looks up the menu at a restaurant explaining "there are no surprises in my life." Frankie explains she took something from her brother Sam when she was younger but he was pissed because she didn't put it back exactly where she got it from. Sam went on to say if she wants something from him she needs to be early and he'll be on time, she is always early because her brother scared her when she was younger. Frankie says "you must come from the way you operate, some of it is comfort, some of it is completely uncomfortable.
    SPINOZA'S GOD QUOTE:
Did you know that when Einstein gave lectures at the numerous US universities he was invited to, the recurring question that students asked him was:
    Do you believe in God?
    And he always answered:
I believe in the God of Spinoza.
The ones who hadn't read Spinoza didn't understand...
I hope this gem of history, serves you as much as it does me:
(Baruch de Spinoza was a Dutch philosopher considered one of the three great rationalists of 17th-century philosophy, along with René Descartes in France, and Gottfried Leibniz in Germany.)
    Here's some of his wisdom:
    God would have said:
Stop praying and punching yourself in the chest!
What I want you to do is go out into the world and enjoy your life. I want you to enjoy, sing, have fun and enjoy everything I've made for you.
Stop going to those dark, cold temples that you built yourself and say they are my house! My house is in the mountains, in the woods, rivers, lakes, beaches. That's where I live and there I express my love for you.
Stop blaming me for your miserable life; I never told you there was anything wrong with you or that you were a sinner, or that your sexuality was a bad thing! Sex is a gift I have given you and with which you can express your love, your ecstasy, your joy. So don't blame me for everything they made you believe.
Stop reading alleged sacred scriptures that have nothing to do with me. If you can't read me in a sunrise, in a landscape, in the look of your friends, in your son's eyes... you will find me in no book! Trust me and stop asking me. Would you tell me how to do my job?
Stop being so scared of me. I do not judge you or criticize you, nor get angry, or seek to punish you. I am pure love.
Stop asking for forgiveness, there's nothing to forgive. If I made you... I filled you with passions, limitations, pleasures, feelings, needs, inconsistencies... free will. How can I blame you if you respond to something I put in you? How can I punish you for being the way you are, if I'm the one who made you? Do you think I could create a place to burn all my children who behave badly for the rest of eternity? What kind of God would do that?
Forget any kind of commandments, any kind of laws; those are wiles to manipulate you, to control you, that only create guilt in you.
Respect your peers and don't do what you don't want for yourself. All I ask is that you pay attention in your life, that your consciousness is your guide.
My beloved, this life is not a test, not a step, not a rehearsal, nor a prelude to paradise. This life is the only thing that exists here and now, and it is all you need.
I have set you absolutely free, no prizes or punishments, no sins or virtues... no one carries a marker, no one keeps a record.
You are absolutely free to create in your life heaven or hell.
I could tell you if there's anything after this life, but I won't... but I can give you a tip. Live as if there is nothing after... as if this is your only chance to enjoy, to love, to exist.
So, if there's nothing, then you will have enjoyed the opportunity I gave you. And if there is, rest assured that I won't ask if you behaved right or wrong, I'll ask. Did you like it? Did you have fun? What did you enjoy the most? What did you learn?...
Stop believing in me; believing is assuming, guessing, imagining. I don't want you to believe in me... I want you to feel me in you when you kiss your beloved, when you tuck in your little girl, when you caress your dog, when you bathe in the sea.
Stop praising me, what kind of egomaniac God do you think I am?
I'm bored being praised, I'm tired of being thanked. Feeling grateful? Prove it by taking care of yourself, your health, your relationships, the world. Express your joy!... that's the way to praise me.
Stop complicating things and repeating as a parakeet what you've been taught about me.
The only thing for sure is that you are here, that you are alive, and that this world is full of wonders.
What do you need more miracles for? Why so many explanations?
Look for me outside... you won't find me. Find me inside... there I am beating within you.
    Spinoza.

  • EPISODE 16: YOU CAN CHANGE HOW YOU REACT
To book Services with Frankie such as Life Coaching, an Intuitive Session, or FNMAT go to her website iamperfectlyfrank.com
LET YOURSELF GET UNCOMFORTABLE AND OBSERVE WHAT IS HAPPENING...YOU CAN CHANGE HOW YOU REACT
This episode is an excerpt from the recording session for the audio book version of "The Man, He's Stupid, And The Girl, She's So Bitch: Relationship Wisdom From My Chaldean Mother." Frankie, Cheri and Rachel were reading this excerpt of the book:
Cheri: “I had a therapist once tell me something super useful and it's exactly like what you're saying…He said the truth is that there is even a millisecond of space between the thing that happens and your reaction. It's so quick, so often that we don't sense it, we don't look for it, because nobody told us that it's there, but there is a split second in between the thing that happens, the stimulus, and our response…so that you have a moment to really choose how you want to feel. “What do I want to feel here so that I’m not then at the affect of everything that happens the instant that it happens?””
After Cheri reads this part from the book Frankie explains once you start catching that moment, and it will take practice to catch it, ultimately we can catch it and shorten it, it no longer becomes “the thing” because now we know how to catch it. "The way we do anything is the way we do everything" Frankie says. The repetition causes the bigger problem but if we catch it it no longer becomes an issue. Frankie says often we need the help of another person to purge it, to get it out, as Frankie's mother would say "Talk to a stranger" they are less judgemental. Rachel asks if that is why people are losing friends right now? Frankie advises to just put space between you. "Set them free allowing for them to have their own experience." Cheri explains "People like for us to stay in the roles they are comfortable with...so when we change they naturally fall off." Rachel says "The first no is always the hardest" but it gets better. Frankie says what will happen is you now have this wonderful space that you can fill at your will. Some people say they have issues making new friends but you have to let it be, don't force it. Rachel says she feels like there is a stress on that for younger women who are dating because they are scared they won't find another man but it is okay to say no, create the space for what you do want. Frankie exclaims "You can always have what you want!" Get clear on what you want and then surrender to the different ways it may come to you. Come from a space of love and faith, be comfortable in being uncomfortable, don't be afraid to say no, be willing to walk away. Then they discuss mom guilt and being uncomfortable in that space with our kids. Frankie mentions "showing our kids the way through love..." not from what society paved for us.

  • EPISODE 15: SOMETIMES TREATING OURSELVES WELL MEANS SAYING NO TO OTHERS
This episode is an excerpt from the recording session for the audio book version of "The Man, He's Stupid, And The Girl, She's So Bitch: Relationship Wisdom From My Chaldean Mother." Frankie, Cheri and Rachel were reading this excerpt of the book:
Frankie: So there are questions I would ask myself in learning to treat myself well. The first question I would ask myself is, “How do I feel when I do this? When I'm being so sweet and nice and smiling at people, because I don't want to hurt their feelings, but I really want to say ‘no’ to something, how does that make me feel?” Maybe in the moment I'm proud of myself, because I’m doing what my mom told me to do, but afterwards, how do I feel? Do I want to go run and put my head in the sand?
Rachel interrupts and asks Frankie "What would your mom tell you to do?" Frankie responds "To put my head in the sand." Then they started to talk about treating yourself well by saying "no" when someone asks you to do something you don't want to do but Frankie's mother always said you have to help others like God said so therein lies the conundrum. Rachel asked Frankie what she does when she has her mom's voice inside when she doesn't want to do something. Frankie said "I know God lives inside of me, God is light and love. Light as a feather and a shining light." Rachel asks how do you get out of that guilty God space, like her mom would say "God said..." Frankie explains after her brother died she started to connect to Source energy and would simply ask "show me." She realized in that space there is no fear, fear is a control mechanism and not God. Rachel asks Frankie how has her relationship with her mother changed now that she passed on. She mentions the book as a way her mother has communicated with her. "My mother taught me that love prevails - she taught me about God and Jesus's love" Frankie explains. When she was younger there was so much emphasis on right and wrong but her mother would explain "We don't know but the love is everything...Don't forget God is the love." Frankie asks "What if we are in fact the creators of our lives?" They end talking about the fears surrounding Covid. Frankie says not to let fear be our control mechanism.

  • EPISODE 14: THE IMPORTANCE OF LANGUAGE PART 1
This is a special episode extracted from a conversation Frankie, Rachel, and Cheri had while recording the audio version of Frankie's book "The Man, He's Stupid, And The Girl, She's So Bitch." They were in the middle of Chapter 5: A Perfectly Frank Conversation about Spirituality, Vulnerability, Communication and Sex when Cheri explained that when she or her husband want to discuss something that is bothering them they say "I have a request." Rachel did not like the verbiage "I have a request" because it sounds like there is an expectation from me. She asked Frankie what she suggests Rachel do when she wants to bring something up to her husband without tone since her husband perceives when she asks him to do something as nagging him. Frankie explains LANGUAGE is HUGE and you must figure out the best way to communicate with each other. Each of us has a different language style. Frankie also points out the tone is different depending on what we say and how we say it. Listen and enjoy this raw conversation between friends about language, tone and being specific about what we want.

  • EPISODE 14: THE IMPORTANCE OF LANGUAGE PART 2
In this Part 2 episode Frankie goes more in depth about language, tone and the best way to communicate to get your needs met from your spouse or partner. Frankie explains men say they don't like direction but they need specific direction. Men truly do want to please us so BE SPECIFIC. Frankie goes on to explain her Tuesday nights with her husband John and why they are so important. Frankie also suggests when you are angry and upset with your spouse to take a minute away and call a friend to help talk you through it instead of yelling at your spouse in anger. Language is important and you need to decide together as a couple the best words to use when you need a time out to discuss something.

  • EPISODE 13: COMMUNICATING YOUR SEXUAL DESIRES
This is a special episode extracted from a conversation Frankie, Rachel, and Cheri had while recording the audio version of Frankie's book "The Man, He's Stupid, And The Girl, She's So Bitch." They were in the middle of Chapter 5: A Perfectly Frank Conversation about Spirituality, Vulnerability, Communication and Sex which was discussing this portion of the book, "We have to stop thinking that men are the only ones who want sex. Men really want us to show them what we like. They want us to show them the way. They want us to be pleased by them. It is the greatest conquering in the world, not just to get a woman off, but to know that she's liking it. And for us too, we want to know that they are liking it." Then Frankie interrupted in her mother's voice explaining: "Know the man he want to please you you have to show him..." That is when Rachel begins the off-shoot podcast episode by saying "Just not with a tone" and Frankie, Cheri and Rachel began a conversation about having to teach a man the woman's body and how frustrating that can be at times. Frankie says sex should be talked about but it still makes people uncomfortable. Frankie goes on to explain sexual appetites are different so there needs to be a communication about sex without shame.

  • EPISODE 12: THE PATH TO FULFILLMENT
This is part 2 with Anthony Toma and Junior Binno who are the hosts of the podcast and vlog “Keeping Up With The Chaldeans” where they talk to a variety of Chaldean business owners. For more info about their show go to kuwtchaldeans.com.
In this episode Frankie picks up where she left off with Anthony and Junior explaining we are all the creators of our lives and how the Universe/Source/God often sends us messages to help guide us. Junior explains that actually talking to God instead of just saying prayers has helped him. Frankie then focuses on Anthony and how he has manifested in his business but can do the same in his personal life when it comes to finding love.
Here is the manifestation recipe that Frankie created…
    MANIFESTATION RECIPE:
    Having clarity
Be clear on what you want.
Close your eyes and visualize what it is you want. Make sure you do this with clarity.
How does that feel to visualize what you want?
If you're someone that journals write down. See it or write it down as if it were happening right now.
As you write it down or see it, get in touch with what it feels like. The goal is that it feels great. The more clarity and the more specific you are with what you want the faster it comes to you and it will always be 1 million times better than what you imagined.
The most important part of this whole recipe is DO NOT WAIT FOR IT!
    EXPECT IT! COUNT ON IT!
KNOW THAT THE MOMENT YOU ASK FOR IT WITH CLARITY,JOY, FEELING, and GRATITUDE.
    ITS YOURS!❤️
Along the way you may have trials and tribulations. You must look at them with gratitude, you must look at them as if they are cleaning up some thing and getting things out of the way to open the path that's like the parting of the seas for you to receive what you want.
Just because it looks ugly doesn't mean it is. Just because it's not easy does it mean it's not good.
Like a butterfly who suffers in the cocoon to become the beautiful butterfly. Trust you are on the road to your fulfillment.

  • EPISODE 11: DISCOVERING YOU UNKNOWINGLY MANIFESTED YOUR LIFE
Frankie’s in-studio guests for this episode are Anthony Toma and Junior Binno who are the hosts of the podcast and vlog “Keeping Up With The Chaldeans” where they talk to a variety of Chaldean business owners to help promote the Chaldean community and its culture.
For more info about their show go to kuwtchaldeans.com.
In this part 1 of 2 episodes with Anthony and Junior, Frankie discusses the path that each went through in childhood that helped get them to where they are now. Anthony admitted he was a small kid who got picked on. He worked with his brother in the grocery business and eventually started Nine9 Un-Agency for models and actors. He understood 99% of talent don’t have the same opportunities as the 1% does so he created an agency to help the 99% that don’t have representation get started in the business. For more info about Nine9 go to www.Nine9.com.
Anthony gets vulnerable and admits he would love a companion to spend time with. Frankie helps Anthony realize he manifests all the time in business but doesn’t realize how he is manifesting in his personal life. Junior says Anthony is a visionary and can handle anything from start to finish “with class.” Frankie explains “we come to the world with this knowledge and given the opportunity is when we spread our wings.” She then turns to Junior to tell us his story. His explains his father was murdered in his store while his mother was pregnant with him. His brothers are blind which made them feel looked down on in the community because of their disability. His reveals his mother also had breast cancer which wasn’t something others in the community were going through. He says he got picked on a lot when he was younger. He lost his arm when moving to St. Louis in an accident in the moving truck. He now lives with his older brother who is blind. He owns HGR Garden Supply in Holly, MI. For more info call them directly (248) 369-8333. Junior is very passionate about continuing to promote the Chaldean community as people are losing the culture. Frankie asks Junior about his relationship with God while things in his life seemed to be going in a direction he could not control, his brothers going blind, his mother dying of cancer, losing his lucrative sales career and then losing his arm. He now says he sees the signs from God and slows himself down to pause and look at what is really happening. Frankie explains their young lives were their parents helping to manifest with their guidance. Episode 12 is a continuation of the conversation where she explains to them how to better manifest their lives for themselves.

Frankie, Cheri and Rachel were recording this excerpt from Chapter 5 for Frankie's audiobook version of "The Man, He's Stupid, And The Girl, She's So Bitch" about how if we aren't listening to the signs showing us that we need a break, sometimes The Universe/Source/God, will give you a sign you can't ignore like getting sick so you are forced to take downtime or maybe even an accident that forces you to rest and take it easy. Rachel asks Frankie if she has had clients say they wouldn't mind hitting a tree so they can have a few days off, they don't want to commit suicide, they just need some time to themselves. Frankie says yes, she has experienced this issue in her MuscleCare Inc. and coaching business, and goes on to explain energy is moveable so you need to be specific about what you want. You don't want something extreme like hitting a tree BUT asking for some down time, time to yourself, is possible in different ways. Frankie goes on to explain we get to this point because society doesn't give us the space we need because of life - someone always needs us which means we put our needs last. Cheri explains sometimes when she is getting to this point and she doesn't shut it down on her own she will get sick. Rachel experiences stomach pains and can't function when her anxiety is too high. Frankie says people allow things to consume them but she hates staying in that feeling, so she has people in her life she calls to help pull herself out of whatever she is going through. Frankie then says "We really do need each other" but Cheri explains we don't all handle issues the same way, her frustration with turning to others when she is going through a tough bout of anxiety is hard because not everyone understands what she is experiencing so she does the opposite of Franke, she turns her phone off so she can just be alone and have quiet time to herself without having to explain what she is experiencing to others that don't understand. The bottom line, listen to YOURSELF, if you need to take a break, take one, if you need to talk to someone else to help, reach out to someone before the Universe/Source/God steps in and makes the choice for you.
