Bio

Dr. Anthony Cobbs is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and now resides in Texas. He has earned a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Biblical Studies, a Masters in Christian Ministry and a Doctorate in Leadership from Creighton University. A highly sought-after advisor, trainer and speaker, he is a certified church consultant, ministry strategist and executive coach. He has trained hundreds of leaders and shares the gospel regularly across the country.

Over the past 24 years he has served in various ministry roles, working with churches of all sizes. Most recently he served as the Executive Pastor of Higher Dimension Church, a megachurch in greater Houston and as a Church Starting Consultant with the Baptist General Convention of Texas helping to plant churches across Southeast Texas.

In 2011, Pastor Cobbs launched Breakthrough Ministry Consulting to provide urban pastors and ministry leaders with innovative, relevant ministry resources and top-notch leadership development. Breakthrough has been instrumental in helping dozens of churches across the country achieve ministry goals.

Pastor Cobbs is also a prolific writer. For four years, he wrote a popular weekly blog for the San Antonio Express News. In 2017, he was asked to be a contributing author for “Our Help” a devotional book published by Our Daily Bread International and he is releasing his debut novel in early 2019.

Dr. Cobbs is a husband, father of four millennials, a researcher, and an avid Spurs fan. He is currently the Executive Pastor at Resurrection Church in San Antonio, Texas.

Pamela Espurvoa Allen is the founder and advocate for Eagles Flight Advocacy and Outreach. Pamela is the wife of Tim Allen, they have a combined family of seven children, three of which have disabilities. She has been a special needs advocate for 20 years and a refugee advocate for 9 years. Pamela served for 15 years as the special needs ministry director and consultant for Summit Christian Center, a position that she created. Pamela advocates for families who have complications with the special education process and want the proper services for their child. Pamela trains parents on the aspects of Special Education Law.

Pamela provides training on proper interaction between law enforcement and the special needs population, behavior modification and autism awareness. Pamela is certified/trained in the following: crisis counseling, applied behavior analysis, effective communication and dispute resolution. Pamela also consults with Churches as they strive to minister to the special needs population. Having lived throughout the United States and Europe, Pamela has seen the effects of having a special needs child and the impact it has on the family and community. Pamela is dedicated to assisting parents to rise above the challenge of a diagnosis.

While living in Europe, Pamela assisted the refugees from Bosnia by providing food, clothing and medical care through the US armed forces stationed in Europe. Pamela learned about autism and other diagnosis while providing assistance to the Special Needs institution in Domazlice, Czech Republic as well as ministered with the Gypsies and Orphanage in the neighboring cities of Nyrsko,Czech Republic.

Pamela has continued the service to refugees that are placed into the US by Homeland Security. Pamela assisted in the creation of the refugee participation in the Head Start program in San Antonio and was nationally recognized for the conception.

Pamela now serves as a Baby Moses advocate and provides burials for children who are victims of abandonment and abuse. Pamela is currently working with legislation to implement Safe Haven baby Boxes in San Antonio. Pamela now serves a chaplain of Riders United for Children which is a motorcycle advocate group. Pamela serves on the board of directors of the San Antonio Christian Chamber.

After graduating with an engineering degree and then an MBA from Ohio State, Paul entered the management development track at Ford Motor Company in Detroit. After five years, he departed to start a staffing company with a partner. They sold it to a publicly traded firm five years later for $2.9 million. Along the way, Paul was Finalist for Ernst & Young’s Michigan Entrepreneur of the Year two years straight (1996 & 1997). Paul later entered the real estate sector, where he flipped over 50 homes and 25 high-end waterfront lots, appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters, rehabbed and managed rental properties, built a number of new homes, developed a subdivision, and started two successful online real estate marketing firms.

Three successful developments, including assisting with the development of a Hyatt hotel and a very successful multifamily project, led him into the commercial multifamily arena. Paul is the author of The Perfect Investment – Create Enduring Wealth from the Historic Shift to Multifamily Housing (2016). Paul also co-hosts a wealth-building podcast called How to Lose Money, is a featured guest on numerous real estate podcasts, and is a regular author for Bigger Pockets. She helped to grow this Volunteer based agency from 150 volunteers to 820 volunteers. San Antonio CASA is now number 6 out of 950 CASA’s in the United States. After she left San Antonio CASA she went on to work with the state agency CASA in Austin and works with the various of the 71 CASA’s in Texas that may be having issues or needing improvements and helps them to move to the next level to be more effective, efficient and have a strong foundation in which to serve more children in the CPS systems.

Yolanda is currently the CEO of Alamo City Consultants, a business she created based upon her vast experience in the area of nonprofit. She works with Nonprofit agencies to improve systems and organizational development within all areas of the agency. In addition, she provides PR assistance, facilitates, moderates and provides training opportunities in a vast amount of areas to include child abuse, areas of mental health, disabilities, education, cultural diversity, Strategic Planning, team building, etc.

Yolanda is highly connected to Nonprofits, Community members, Educator’s, County Commissioner’s, Judges, Attorneys, Television stations, etc. and often does interviews on issues occurring in the community.

Yolanda has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Master’s degree in Counseling & Guidance and is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology and is about 80% finished with the course work.

Brandon Watson was born on December 17th 1990 in San Antonio, Tx. Being born into a pastor's home, he both found and developed his love for music and heart of worship at a very young age. In November of 2012 Brandon joined with Catalyst Entertainment Group. It was under their management that two years later on February 14, 2014, Brandon released his successful debut single "ALL THIS TIME". The single was launched to SiriusXM Kirk Franklin's Praise THE WELL, all major music downloading site from iTunes, Amazon Music, and Google Play. A debut single that is still being downloaded, requested and gaining great praises and accolades.
