Today's guest is Alma Johnson Owner of Training Wheels Daycare

"My name is Alma Johnson, Graduate of Sam Houston High School (1982) later went to Prairie View University. Owner of Training Wheels Daycare, 3 locations located on the east side of town. I have been doing child care for 30 years, I absolutely love children. Mother of two, Raveen Johnson and Kendall Bee. Adoptive mother of 3 and Grandmother of two. I am a advocate of Child Abuse and often host events for the cause. I am the Pastor of High Palace Ministries. I believe that with God on your side you can do all things. My two biggest supporters are my mom and dad Eddie and Lois Green. In Child care I try to offer parents and families a lot of love and attention. Our children today need that. We offer extended hours, one location opens up at 5:30 am-7:30 pm. We offer a after-school program that provides transportation and we offer supper. We are now a 1 stop child care facility which has a church within the daycare facility as well as a gym. You have to have a passion for children and a lot of patience to work with them. It can be challenging at times but very rewarding. I also am a Registered Texas Trainer for child care so I offer training for those who wish to be in this field, I have helped open over 50 childcare centers in the San Antonio area as well as other states. I love what I do. I want to be an example as well as a mentor to others that you can do all things through Christ. Children today need role model and I would hope that children will see that someone did not give up on them and provided and met some of their needs on the eastside. Training Wheels is rolling right along with a strong Curriculum and a High standards to get children prepared to enter Headstart or the public school system. I am a big kid myself playing with the children and being active with them. Families are looking for affordable childcare and having a center that they can trust. I have been truly blessed to have those type of people/clients who know how much I love their children and for that reason alone that's why we are continuing to grow!" - Alma Johnson

Back again today is Music Artist Keedren Boston!

Bio:

Husband, Father of 4 children, Youth Pastor, Educator, actor, comedian and Urban Gospel artist, Keedren Boston, often referred to as “BossTon” began his music career as an R&B singer/rapper but soon laid down the secular mic to pick up the cross. “One day”, Keedren says, “I woke up and realized that I could only remember darkness…It’s hard to see in darkness period, but there’s no darkness like being spiritually blind and that’s what I was.” This marked the beginning of a new and Christ centered life for Keedren.

Keedren is definitely known for his “out-of-the-box” ministry amongst the people in his hometown of San Antonio, Texas and various other cities around the state. Keedren has been blessed to minister across the U.S. and out of the country as well. He has shared stages with artists such as Deitrick Haddon, Earnest Pugh, Wes Morgan, Tasha Page Lockhart, Keith Pringle, Lee Williams and various Christian Hip Hop artists. BossTon toured England in 2009 and 2010 ministering through music to the youth and young adults for the "Christ Up Kingdom" UK Tour. He also ministered throughout New Zealand alongside his great friends from the UK. That trip, “Best of Both Worlds Mission & Tour" (2014) included Pastor Greg Husband, Pastor Paul and Jacqueline Davis. Also included on that tour was one of his best friends, (brother-in-Christ) Greg "Puntin" Cooks.

His freshman album and single entitled “Not About Me” quickly became his mission statement in his commitment to God and his ministry to the world. With the release of his sophomore album entitled “He Changed Me” Keedren felt led to write about how God has changed and delivered him from the ways of his past, and how God is able to do it again and again for anyone who will believe and accept Christ into their life. Keedren is set to release a new EP entitled "Walk On Water" that hopes to inspire others to step out in faith, put their trust in Jesus and get out of the boat of their comfort zone and do what may seem like the impossible; that is to "Walk On Water". He, along side his wife serve as the Chldrens Pastors at Christian World Worship Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Keedren continues to travel and minister from city to city and outreach to outreach spreading the message of change and salvation through the Gospel of Jesus Christ. It is easy to see the transparency and genuine passion that flows naturally through Keedren's gifts. He is truly on a mission to see the souls of men and women saved and to inspire and encourage those who already are saved to keep the faith and continue to trust in the one true and living God.
