Harmin Bio

https://www.harminiproductions.com/

Hello my name is Dominic Bonsignore, more commonly known as the rap artist "HARMINI". I grew up in the projects of Riverview Apartments in Elmira, NY. Both my brother and I were raised by our mom who was a single parent struggling [with Tourettes Syndrome and] on welfare.

At age seven I was molested by a local stranger who lived in our complex - the beginning of my personal life spiraling in a downward direction that was soon out of control. At age ten I began using drugs and was addicted and/or using up to 8 drugs for most of my childhood and teen years. When I was 15, our home was raided by the Elmira PD for drug trafficking; a second raid was conducted by Elmira S.W.A.T. when I was 17. For 12 years I ran the streets with thugs, local gang bangers, rappers, drug dealers and users. As the downward spiral of my life continued, it led to jail, then to prison. I ended up on probation four times during my teenage years and was hooked to the ankle bracelet for one year. I was placed in Glove house twice, rehab twice and was also hospitalized more than a dozen times for drug over dose and suicide attempts, having my stomach pumped several times with black charcoal. I was placed in detention homes, drug programs and respite homes numerous times. My repeated delinquent behaviors as a wayward child built me the reputation of an unreachable heathen without hope for change. All of these activities, including the jail and prison terms, occurred before I was 21 years old.

While approaching the final two months of incarceration, I received word that my mother had been diagnosed with lung cancer. Two weeks before my scheduled release, she lost the fight she’d briefly warred. My brother, Anthony, promised our mom on her death bed as she was approaching that golden hour that he would try his hardest to be patient with me and to take care of me when I got out of incarceration. He met me at the opening gate of the jail facility and that very day took me under his wing, in hopes that he might give me a chance to pick up the broken pieces of my shattered life. Upon release, I had no work experience (except in sales and distribution of illegal substances), no driver’s license, no understanding whatsoever on how to live in the real world and was recognizably ignorant on how to manage the normal responsibilities of everyday life. [My brother relocated us to New Mexico and I returned to the only life I knew.]

In spite of the answer many people didn’t want to hear and accept, they all sat in the front row seats of my life as they witnessed first hand all of the hardcore drug addictions that had me chained and bound in a dungeon of sorrows for 12 years of my life. Then, after being put in program after program lock up after lock up therapy after therapy year after year time and time again and seeing that nothing that was given to help me really had the power to bring me the freedom I so desperately needed. Then all of a sudden in such a short period of time (less than two months) they witnessed these massive addictions just suddenly begin to fall powerless behind me. At that time I began pursuing what was responsible for this transformation... Jesus Christ. I found God (Jesus Christ) in the summer of 2005. My life began to change so fast and so dramatically that people couldn’t keep up with the transformation. And even though many saw it happening right before their very eyes, they did not want to except or receive my testimony as to who it was that was responsible for what was happening to me. Any answer would do… except Jesus. Tell me anything you want to tell me… but just don’t tell me the Truth, don’t tell me it was Jesus.

I turned toward using my gifts and talents in music to spread this same Gospel that I knew was changing my life for good; I have committed my life and testimony to help produce godly change in the lives of others. From 2007-2009 I became a member of a bilingual Christian rap group called O.N.C (Of No Consequence), evangelizing all over Texas as well as reaching people of other countries and nations with our music. Currently I perform as a solo artist and write original music based on the Gospel’s transforming power. The Lord, by His grace alone, has also chosen to use my life in the areas of modeling, acting, co-directing film and co-producing music as an influential means of reaching troubled youth in nations around the world.

I have been drug free since the summer of 2005 and have been diligent in pursuing not only the dreams and visions God has set in my heart, but also this calling for which I was born. I delight in loving, inspiring, motivating, challenging and blessing others. I currently live in Dallas, Texas, where I continue to pursue the passion for music that was placed in my heart as a young boy.

And last but not least, I must express three of the most important delightful and meaningful gifts in my life, my son Nakye , my daughter Theresa, and my wife Erica. I am privileged to the husband of the greatest wife in the world! And i'm also blessed to be the father of a handsome twelve-year old boy and beautiful 5 month year old girl who never cease to absolutely steal my heart away and bring unending joy to my life and the music I write.

Thank you for taking time out of your day to read my biography and for having a desire to know more about my life on a personal level. God bless you for supporting and praying for this ministry and for me as one of Gods performing artist.

About Yah Kiks

As a believer of the almighty king, our walk of life is more than just going to church or confessing that we are believers. Here we have preachers, singers, rappers, even praise dancers, spreading the message, when it comes to Christianity It can come in all types of different expressions, but Its never been done by something as simple as a sneaker. See verbally its important, but we also must remember that physically, its important as well, its a way of life, its not just by what we say or speak in our faith, but also by what we do in our works. You ask where did the name come from? Yahshua proposed transliteration of the original Hebrew or Aramaic name of Jesus commonly used in that time. The spelling Yahshua (יהושע) is found in Hebrew texts transliterated as Yothe He Waw Shin Ayin. The Name Yahshua is just such a compound Name. It is a combination of Yahweh’s Name in a personal name (YAH: yod-heh) and SHUA (shin-ayin), which means salvation. Here at Yahshau KiKs we love God, we love fashion, there are many believers in this world who loves God and loves fashion also. Why not create our own brand behind a name that shall reign forever. You ask why would we design a sneaker with the name Yahshua! Haha why not? When it comes to any sneaker deal or shoe deal, it comes when one dominates something good or bad right. Jordan dominated the game of basketball was every persons idol, especially poor kids dreaming of making it out the neighborhood by playing sports! could have built chances in the community but instead built prisons, Kanye dominated country singers on stage at award shows (worst era in award history) and he got a shoe! Like seriously? I mean come on man! Yahshua!!

YHWH, YAHWEH a.k.a Jesus!! dominated the world conquered death and rose in 3 Days.

I would say that's unbeatable, Anyway! we have some nice clothing to go with our new kicks new school, old school, high end to just a regular T-shirt. If you are a believer of the most high & love to rep the name "JESUS" Yahshua KiKs we are for the believers, we live for change, and we Stand on our Faith.

Roosevelt Sargent of Victorious Underdog Interview at KE 2018 SXSW in Austin, TX!
Exclusive interview with your hosts Dre Coop!!! and Shemaiah Reed
https://www.instagram.com/yungovaseer/
https://www.instagram.com/shemaiahreed/

Rossevelt Sargent Bio

Roosevelt Sargent was born into a violent, drug infested, poverty-filled world that only got worse as he grew older. With his parents’ incarceration, his journey through homelessness, and the thug lifestyle that surrounded him daily, the smart money was on him not living to reach the age of eighteen. Add in teenage parenthood, and his brief future seemed predetermined.

But then one day something happened that would change him forever. Roosevelt found faith in Christianity. From then on he was a new man. Sargent became a published writer of nationally and internationally distributed music projects and he spent over fifteen years traveling and sharing his story to inspire hope in the lives of troubled youth across America. During this time he also founded CSR Entertainment, the hip hop label that produced the first Christian rap group to perform on the nationally syndicated television show “Soul Train” known as the CL Ryderz. He also started a neighborhood youth center in Southern California where he selflessly served his local community and now he has published his first book Victorious Underdog. From the dead man he should’ve been to the inspirational man he was meant to be, Roosevelt Sargent is the Victorious Underdog. Today Roosevelt resides in Fort Worth, Texas where he continues to serve and impact the lives of many he comes in contact with each day.

Today's guest on I Am Refocused Podcast Special Edition is Jeff Hall the Founder and CEO of Overflow Cafe!

Born in Guyana South America, he moved to Canada in 1983. Jeff has 23 years of business experience. He started working at the age of 7 (yes seven) doing door to door sales to support his family (he has a super strong work ethic). He has helped build 14 orphanages worldwide and has a goal to help build 3 more in Moldova. In his spare time, he loves Game of Thrones, Walking Dead and a good cup of tea. His website is www.overflowcafe.com

HISTORY

If you could go back in time with the knowledge you have now, would you do things differently? We believe that you are a success story waiting to happen.

Overflow Cafe was founded in 1995. The Internet was becoming a major place of interest for everyone back then with the introduction of chat rooms, message boards and online personals. Let’s not forget that pile of AOL cds that would come to your mail box every week. Back then you could build a simple website, submit it to search engines and in a few weeks be easily found and gain customers with very little effort (there wasn’t much competition).

We started as a home based business on Clara Drive, Malton, Ontario Canada. We care about honesty, good work ethics and delivering great results. We hired on staff and moved into a larger home office on Dalewood Drive in 1996. Then to a traditional office in 1997 (about 1,000 square feet) on Westmore Drive in Etobicoke. A few years after that to a larger (3,500 square feet) office on Matheson Blvd in Mississauga.

Most of our clients were local businesses back then. They would bring over a pizza and we would eat and talk about the future of technology and its effect on small business. We touched the lives of many business owners, some of them grew to medium sized businesses employing over 100 people and some have gone public through IPOs.

PRESENT AND FUTURE

Today, Overflow Cafe serves businesses of all sizes in the USA, Canada and almost every country in the world. We promote almost every kind of business you can imagine. We have a good track record with thousands of business owners. We are trusted and respected in the SEO industry. We know what works and what doesn’t so we can save you a lot of time and money.

We are honest and straightforward. You’ll find our staff friendly, easy going, hard working and helpful. We stay on top of the latest trends, filtering out fads and producing measurable results for you. We are one of few companies out there that actually care about your business success and who will give you a straight answer instead of trying to sell you useless products and services.

We are obsessed with improvement and you’ll find that we are continually increasing the features we offer and refining our services to improve results for you. Your bottom line? Better rankings, more traffic and more sales.

If you are not one of our clients yet, please consider our service. We want to be a part of your success story.

We give 10% of our income to charity. According to our clients: 94% like us, 6% do not.
