Sharing this almost feels like a TRAP. But that's okay, because it's just part of the way! 

Too many times we get stuck in our ways. 

Maybe that's a good thing depending on what we're discussing. 

But more often or not, change is needed! We need to be able to adapt. Pivot. Start over.
