Synergy is an interaction or cooperation giving rise to a whole that is greater than the simple sum of its parts. The term synergy comes from the Attic Greek word συνεργία synergia[1] from synergos, συνεργός, meaning "working together".
Correction: Becky mentioned a verse & thought it was Nehemiah, it is from Philippians 2:5 “In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus.”

  • Control vs Triggered
Becky and Mellisa talk about how to know when you are triggered or someone else is possibly triggered verses you trying to control a situation or someone trying to control you. Like usual…we define our subject which is control and triggered. Definition of Control:
    1. the power to influence or direct people's behavior or the course of events.
    2. a group or individual used as a standard of comparison for checking the results of a survey or experiment.
    Definition of Triggered:
    1. Adjective (of a mechanism) activated by a trigger.
    2. (of a response) caused by particular action, process, or situation.
