Diona is an Irish comic who has starred in everything from the BBC's Soft Border Patrol to Channel 4's hit comedy Derry Girls. She's was also a finalist in the BBC's New Comedy Award (2021) and is a panellist on the comedy game show The Blame Game.

Outside of her TV work, Diona is currently at Edinburgh Fringe with her sold-out show Get Your Pink Back, and she hosts the hit podcast The Girls Groupchat.

On this episode, Diona shares her experiences as a mother, balancing a career and family and how - much like a flamingo - she has been trying to get her pink back.

She also opens up about the impact of going on reality TV on her confidence and self-image and the importance of finding humour in dark times.
