In this episode, I simply want you to know that you're seen and heard. I get honest about the fact that it's really hard to know what to say when things are as hard as they are. I want to help, give advice, and support all teachers, everywhere but it's hard to know what to say when so much is happening on a weekly, daily, and hourly basis right now. So, I will simply say, I see you. I hear you. You matter.
