09: I never really realized until recently just how much going through elementary and high school without experiencing what is like to have any sort of romantic relationship affects me. I've come to have a lot of limiting beliefs about love and feel invaluable because of it sometimes. So, let's talk about how this experience takes a toll on a person and how we can love the single life and foster more love for ourselves!

08: what separates the best athletes from everyone else is their mindset and confidence. Finding ways to be confident and mentally resilient can be key to improving performance both on and off the field. In my sport especially, there is so much mental work that goes into both the competition and training aspects. So I want to share with you some of my tips to growing your mindset and confidence as an athlete and how it can help you!

07: No matter who you are or what you are experiencing, you deserve to live instead of survive each day. Building a support system and allowing yourself to lean on others can change your life for the better! 06: living in a small town comes with some unique experiences. Everyone knows everything about everyone, you're kind of forced to have certain friends, the dating pool is VERY small, and your teachers most likely went to school with your parents. It's a great time, but it comes with it's challenges. So, let's talk about my experience growing up in a small town and what that was like :)

05: this lifestyle of being an athlete at the division 1 level can get pretty overwhelming. With all the pressure and expectations to be able to keep up with the high demands and handle it all well, it can get tough at times. So, let's talk about it.

03: There is so much my younger self would never believe about my life today and the person I've become. I grew up very quiet and locked my true self away, but have realized how much better life is when you let go of the fears, accept failure, release perfectionism, and embrace your true self. So, I wanted to share this knowledge and advice to my younger self and all of you.

02: Being a student-athlete means dedicating your life to sports which comes with its challenges. We have so much to do all the time so finding a healthy balance in life takes some practice. So I want to share some tips on how I've created balance in my life being a division 1 athlete!

2023 was a lot for me so I'm ready to leave all that sh*t behind. We're upgrading by setting boundaries, letting go of comparison and doing more things that make us happy. No more letting people walk all over us and not standing our ground. We are standing on business ALL of 2024.
