President Trump took to social media to warn Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei that he's an "easy target" and calling for unconditional surrender, adding to the fears of Iranians who are desperately trying to leave the capital since Trump told all 10 million to "immediately evacuate." Just before Israel launched its massive attacks, the International Atomic Energy Agency declared Iran in breach of its non-proliferation agreements for the first time in 20 years. IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi joins Christiane from Vienna.
