In todays Episode Jo Youle goes to the Siesta home of Sacred Womb Awakening creator Diana Beaulieu.

Diana shares with Jo her journey of arriving to the island of Ibiza 12 years ago and how on the very first day here she met the father of her child.

After giving birth Diana started to have memories of sexual abuse. This led to her creating the work she does now to release the trauma other women may have experienced, but she also shares with them ways to harness their womb power, become more grounded and rooted in their power for them to over come any previous sexual trauma and also work on their fertility.

Diana is looking to give  - in the true spirit of this podcast - something back to the island of ibiza, the place her work download came to her and help someone who maybe has been through a traumatic sexual experience, perhaps a way of unravelling their story though a FREE place on her online course.

In Todays show Jo Youle goes to meet island chef, James Knight.

Be warned this is not a show for the feint hearted, but we love James and strongly suspect after hearing this episode you will too. 

Not only is he hilarious, but he is not one to conform and in our eyes fully qualifies as a Reset Rebel. Since moving to the island from London, he has created many incredible pop up dining events and magical culinary events for Le grande Bouffant, but he is not one to admit he has the magic formula: 

“Everything you do you should guess with confidence. Guess with confidence and you’re there.” 

There is only pure LOVE for his passion and intent with his creativity and that is why we decided to take you on a journey into his Pie world and spend this hour in James' Kitchen for this podcast. 

He has also ditched the booze and as a chef in Ibiza, that is no small thing. What did he replace this with? You may well ask! 
“Instead of going to yogacise or Zumba, AA that’s my sport. It really is a beautiful community and a very non judgemental community. “

In todays humble pie talk, James is open adn honest about his journey to being booze free, which we admire and wished to share, but also a few of this little titbits of wisdom along the way: 

“If you spend all your life trying to be perfect, you’re just not going to enjoy it.”

This week we head to the highest point in Ibiza by Ses Roques Altes with our guest Simon Reid from Walking ibiza to talk about the islands only ever air crash in 1972. 

Jo Youle takes a hike up to the forgotten alter with her guest to experience the full range of items left behind and are still there today being collected  one by one after the plane exploded like a fireball in the sky upon impact killing 106 people.  

Its almost 50 years since the disaster, which its thought to have happened when the pilot was distracted discussing football.

From her initiative to create a Rock Music event on Ibiza to buying Ibiza's best loved establishment that has played the party play ground to the likes of Freddie Mercury, Grace Jones and George Michael, Pikes Hotel  owner Dawn Hindle has put a lot of Love into the Island.
