Doug Davis works in the cloud and open source standards division of IBM, focusing on enhancing, promoting and integrating open source technologies into IBM's cloud offerings. Throughout his career he's been involved in numerous other open source projects and standards, such as Cloud Foundry, Apache Axis, CIMI, as well as most of the SOAP-related specifications. He's played a key role in IBM's participation in standards bodies such as the W3C, OASIS and the DMTF.
